Excel to PDF: since a PDF file is easily accessible to everyone, having an Exile file in a PDF format is the best.
When you have a well formatted worksheet and you want it to print properly, everything to do with page size, orientation and page breaks, you can find it under the Page Layout tab.

- Hover your mouse on the worksheet to select the area you want to print.
- Under Page Layout, click on Print Area then Set Print Area.

Easiest way to add headers and footers to your Excel worksheet is through the Page Layout View.
When you click the Page Layout view, it leads you to where you can Add Headers and Footers.
Adding page numbers to your Excel worksheet is quite easy:
Page Number: Click the Page Number and Excel adds numbers to your pages.
File Name and Sheet Name refers to the name you used to Save your file and the Sheet name of the file.

HOW TO CONVERT EXCEL TO PDF.
There is quite a bit of different ways to convert your Excel worksheet to PDF, I’ll recommend:
- Control (Ctrl) + P: Print
Then click on Export, next Create PDF/XPS Document.
After you click, Create PDF/XPS Document, a Publish as PDF or XPS dialogue box pops up. Click on Publish. Don’t forget to check the Open file after publishing check box.
So, when you have a well formatted worksheet that needs to be printed from Excel to PDF format, don’t forget this technique works faster.
